Highly efficient staff, convenient location not far from a mall with restaurant locations and restaurants and shopping. Also, very close to excellent walking trail. Good sized and beautiful room, comfortable beds. Fast check-in, friendly check-out. Very clean pool to relax in too.

Booked a king room with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe; the staff was extremely helpful and the location was fantastic.

Check-in staff was very polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
Housekeeping barged in at 8:30am unannounced while we were still sleeping to clean a room that we haven't yet checked out of yet (check out is 11am, check-in is at 3pm -- there is no need for this). When we brought it to the attention of the staff via a call, the response was dismissive and there was no follow-up. When we brought it up to the manager, we were told that we were in the wrong and that the hotel had followed standard procedure. Housekeeping starts everyday at 8am regardless if you have checked out or not. I have stayed in many, many hotels before and have never encountered anything like this. Disappointing customer service experience on top of the disrupted sleep and an unfortunate way to spend a holiday vacation.

The hotel has a good location in a comfortable area close to restaurants and Victor, with an excellent walking trail nearby. They offer a variety of breakfast options, and the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They provide wake up calls and ironing services free of charge.

That James was able to open the hot tub early (on our departure morning) so I could relieve my pain. Close to a mall with restaurant locations.

The room was a good size and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The location was magnificent, especially for visiting Bristol Mountain. Additionally, being next to the children's museum and close to Victor-Pittsford Road made it very convenient to stay there.
